Anesthesia:
It is recommended the general or peridural (column).anesthesia.
Procedure:
It is carried out a vertical incision between the two buttocks, going from here to each side of the buttock, exposing the major buttock muscle to make a pocket under this muscle, where we place the prothesis specially designed for this area, proceeding to close again marking well the inner buttock line. Face down or side rest for one week is required to avoid the wound to open up, cleaning care after going to the bathroom, antibiotics and analgesics are formulated and a strip for the area of the hip. The duration of the surgery is of 2 ½ hours.
