Liposuction

This procedure that one also knows as liposuction or lipoplastia, is recommended for patient with located fatty excesses but not obese, neither with falling or flaccidity of the skin, because the lipoesuction looks for the reduction of the fat with later contraction of the skin that adapts to the new corporal contour, because on the contrary the skin would be left thin and taken down.
The most frequent places in liposuction are the abdomen, the waist, the back, the thighs in their internal and external face (rabbits or guns), knees, arms, neck (jowl), armpits, etc. This procedure can be combined with the lipoinyección or fatty implant that stuffs with fat the depressed places or with little relief as buttocks, lateral depressions of the buttocklipsfacial furrowsfront, etc.

Anesthesia
General or peridural (column) anesthesia is recommended in big cases and the assited local one in located cases.

Procedure
Through small incisions, we proceed to infiltrate the fatty tissues then with a special solution that helps to loosen the fat and to avoid bleeding so we can be able to make wide liposuctions with minimum complications and to avoid blood transfusions, with the help of special stems we carry out the extraction of the superficial and deep fat of the area under treatment, until we obtain the desired contour; and then to suture the wounds that are less than 1 cm long in hidden places. Then a lycra dress is placed by 1 to 2 months and after a week we remove the sutures and physiotherapy begins, essential for a good result.

Antibiotics and analgesics are formulated , it is managed in an ambulatory way. The duration of the procedure varies approximately from 2 to 4 hours.
