Esta cirugía se recomienda para pacientes que tienen exceso de piel en el párpado superior , bolsas de grasa que muestran los ojos abotagados, cansados o cerrados.
Anestesia:
Generalmente se realiza esta cirugía bajo anestesia local, algunos casos se realizan con sedación o anestesia general sobre todo si se combina con otros procedimientos.
Procedimiento:
Se realiza resección de la piel en exceso, retiro de las bolsas grasas dejando una mínima cicatriz que se esconde en el pliegue del parpado. Las suturas se retiran entre 3 a 5 días. Duración aproximada 1 hora, manejo ambulatorio.
Se formulan antibióticos y analgésicos, hielo por 2 días en los ojos.
